By downloading or using the MP3 Player & Audio Music Mixer application ("App"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

MP3 Player & Audio Music Mixer is an audio player application that allows you to import, play, and manage your personal music files. The App supports MP3, FLAC, WAV, M4A, AAC, and other audio formats. The App also provides audio conversion, equalization, and WiFi file transfer features.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to play and store the audio files you import into the App
• The content you transfer via the WiFi Transfer feature
• Complying with applicable copyright laws and regulations

The App does not provide music downloads or streaming services. You must supply your own audio files.

3. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, audio quality, or compatibility with all audio formats. Audio conversion results may vary depending on the source file quality.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional premium features through an auto-renewable monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase:

• Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• The lifetime purchase grants permanent access to all premium features

5. Premium Features

Premium features include but are not limited to: 10-band equalizer, audio converter, WiFi file transfer, crossfade playback, pitch and speed control, and custom album artwork.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by Astra Development and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The audio files you import remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, audio file corruption, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
